$2 Tanks at Old Navy - June 20th ONLY

Old Navy is at it again & this time it's not flip flops but tank tops! For one day only, Saturday, June 20th, you can get women's & girls ribbed knit tank tops for $2 each with a limit of 5!!!! This offer is only available on select styles and in-store only. If you braved the $1 flip flop sale then you know that it will be nuts and that you should get there before they open and line up. If you didn't partake in the $1 flips (I didn't) then be prepared for pandemonium. I have heard that one lady got so irate over the flips she slapped a teenaged worker in the face!! She needs medication. I am thinking that you could go today and find out what tanks are going to be on sale & buy them today then take your receipt in on Saturday for a price adjustment - make sure you ask first before you try this but I don't see why it wouldn't work. Best wishes & good luck!

** Don't forget to bring your own bags & remind the cashier to give you 5¢ back on each bag you bring in & use. This doesn't have to be the reusable bags it can be plastic bags from any store. I roll my used plastic bags then store them in empty tissue cubes. I keep a cube full of bags in my car so that if I forget my reusable bags I at least have these plus they are always handy when you have kids. When your plastic bags get holes don't forget to recycle them at Albies! **

$8.02 Money-maker at CVS

** UPDATE - Looks like CVS Corporate was alerted to this deal so they have instructed the cashiers to either remove the products from the selling floor, warn customers or to tear up the ECB (gasp!) when they print. I would still give it a shot just in case your store missed the Memo, they can always refund you if they don't print or they tear them up. For more info see the comments below & if you find a store that is still giving out ECB leave a comment and share **

Hurry, hurry & get to your nearest CVS so that you can get in on this deal before it's over on the 20th or they run out of stock. Since it's an unadvertised deal you can't get a rain check on it. Here's the deal:

Buy (2) Lens Cleaning Tissues @ $0.99 each = $1.98
Earn $10.00 in ECB = +$8.02!!!!, limit 1

This has something to do with the Sunglasses deal but I don't see the correlation. When you are at the store check around the sunglasses, reading glasses & eye care department. I found them on the sunglass turn-abouts.

According to iheartcvs this deal works with the following Lens Cleaning Tissue UPC codes:
8 83019 00550 7
0 30048 47128 9
0 30048 47129 6
& with the
Car Cleaning Cloths @ $0.99
Style Science Glasses Cases @ $1.99
Style Science 'Style Equipment' Glasses Case @ $2.99 (UPC 8 83019 03027 1)
Sun Covers Eyewear Case @ $2.99 (UPC 8 30048 31212 4)
Eye Glasses Tether @ $4.99 (UPC 030048 300022) Thanks, Suzanne B!

If you find another item or UPC code that works let me know! Good luck!

PS - Fort Worth shoppers, the Trail Lake & McCart stores were sold out of the Lens Cleaning Tissues as of Wednesday evening.

Thanks to Crystal for bringing this deal to my immediate attention!!

Fiesta 06/17 - 06/23/09

My Fiesta does not double/triple coupons and will not take Internet coupons. They do however have their own coupon book (at times) that you can get at the front of the store or at the customer service desk. They have no loyalty card so the deals you see below are good for all. Click here to locate your closest Fiesta.

I try to make as few grocery trips as possible so I take part in Wal-Mart's price matching policy when I can. The number one ad that I price match is Fiesta, they are out of my way and since they don't take IP's (Internet printables) and Wal-Mart does I can normally get better deals. Even though Fiesta doesn't take IP's I will list any match-ups that I find in case you want to price match at Wal-Mart like I do. Keep in mind Wal-Mart will not price match BOGO sales or store brand prices.

Here are the best deals that I see for this week:

I am back, kinda....

So I am back after taking the last 2 days off, I got a lot done! I made a flagstone walk leading from my driveway to my sidewalk, well ok I got help from my Mom but I did get some dirt on me too! When we were done it was so great to jump in the pool and cool off! I was able to re-organize my coupons and clean up some junk drawers/cabinets around the house but most importantly I had some awesome quality time with my kids.

I got CVS posted but will have to do Walgreens later tonight (can you tell that I am not a Walgreen's fan since I always do it last! LOL!) since today is my hub's b-day and we are heading out to his parents (2-hour round trip) for a yummy dinner!

Happy, happy 32nd birthday to my lovin' hubby! I am so excited to celebrate this day with him! I can't believe that this is the 10th one that I have got to be a part of! Time flies when your having fun!

CVS 06/14 -06/20/09
