FREE Crest Advanced Whitestrips at Target

Thanks to my wonderful reader, Crystal, who let me in on a sweet deal at Target. She found trial size (2-ct) Crest Advanced Seal Whitestrips on an end cap for $4.99 and when paired with the $5 coupon in 06/07 PG (exp. 07/31) you get FREE Whitestrips!! Of course this is Target we are talking about so the coupon will beep because of the penny overage so make sure and look for those friendly cashiers, ask for the coupon to be adjusted to $4.99, ask for a manager or call customer service while you wait in line. They CAN ADJUST IT DOWN, sometimes they just don't know they can.

So FREE Whitestrips, what could be better?? Thanks to my nicest neighbor, Stephanie, she went this morning to Target on a hunt for the strips and just as Crystal said they were on an end cap in the tooth care area but here is the best part......wait for it......ready???? There are $7 coupons in the trial size box with no size limit!!!! If you get a nice cashier that is $2 overage, baby!! You can sign up for a coupon to be (gasp!) snail mailed to you here and also check your stash of home mailer coupons, I got one for $10 off any size!!

Next time you see me, you will be looking at whiter teeth for FREE!

Rx Gift Card Coupon

One way I keep a nice stock of CVS Gift Cards is with the coupons for New/Transferred Prescriptions. CVS takes competitors coupons and will even take them for refills so that you don't move your Rx from one pharmacy to another.

Want to get in on the fun?? Make sure to clip the Rx Gift Card coupon from this weeks Target ad then take it to CVS. If your Rx is at CVS use the coupon when you pick up your refill. If your Rx is at another pharmacy, transfer it to CVS and score a cool $10 Gift Card. The transfer process takes all of 2 minutes and is completely painless - promise!

If you have any type of Government sponsored insurance (Medicare, Medicaid, etc.) you are not allowed to do the Gift Card coupon deal.

Have you gotten on the Rx Gift Card bandwagon??? What do you think??

CVS 07/26 - 08/01/09

Don't forget if you don't want to do ECB (Extra Care Bucks) you can price match at Wal-Mart with the ad and still take part in the savings, click here for more details. Also to print more than one copy of a coupon hit the back button after the first copy prints, most sites will only let you print 2.

Never been CVSin' before click here because Stephanie at Couponing 101 has written a GREAT post all about the ins and outs of CVS and of course you can contact me if you have any other questions!

Confused?? Want to know what all these terms mean? Click here.

School Supply Deals, thru 07/25

That time of year is upon us, Back to School, can you believe it??? I have been taking part in back to school supply sales for several years now but this year will be the first one where I will actually have a child that needs these supplies for school. In the past I stocked up on items like Crayola Crayons for 5¢/box and put them in the goody bags for my son's birthday parties - it was way nicer than anything he ever got in a goody bag plus it was way cheaper. I also stocked up on spiral notebooks for 5¢/each, pens, pencils, pocket folders with brads & more that I got for FREE!! I contributed to several local school supply drives and donated items to neighbors who had school-aged children. If you don't have a child in need of school supplies but have the time to gather up the savings you should check your local charities, schools and churches to see if you can donate the items that you score for FREE or almost FREE. They will really appreciate it, you will feel great and you might be able to get a Income Tax Receipt to boot!
