School Supply Deals, thru 07/25

That time of year is upon us, Back to School, can you believe it??? I have been taking part in back to school supply sales for several years now but this year will be the first one where I will actually have a child that needs these supplies for school. In the past I stocked up on items like Crayola Crayons for 5¢/box and put them in the goody bags for my son's birthday parties - it was way nicer than anything he ever got in a goody bag plus it was way cheaper. I also stocked up on spiral notebooks for 5¢/each, pens, pencils, pocket folders with brads & more that I got for FREE!! I contributed to several local school supply drives and donated items to neighbors who had school-aged children. If you don't have a child in need of school supplies but have the time to gather up the savings you should check your local charities, schools and churches to see if you can donate the items that you score for FREE or almost FREE. They will really appreciate it, you will feel great and you might be able to get a Income Tax Receipt to boot!
