They only give out 1,000 vouchers a day (80 per hour) starting February 16 through February 28, 2009 from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM ET every hour on the hour. More than $250,000 in Veterinary Vouchers will be awarded. No purchase necessary to obtain voucher. Any and all vets "accept" the voucher because it is just a little form they fill out and then you attach your receipt, mail it in by May 31, 2009 and then wait for your $20 rebate check.

I suggest filling out the form and then waiting until the new hour strikes before hitting send. You must have your printer set up and ready to go because you only get one shot per computer. I tried at 6:00 PM on Wednesday and had no trouble but from what I have been reading they are hard to come by, if you get one leave me a comment and let me know.
