  1. Hi,
Your blog is GREAT! Awhile back you mentioned Wal-Mart has a policy where they will price match the current ads of their competitors. Can you explain how they might honor the huggies deal? Is it possible you will still get 3 packages of diapers for $5 however, instead of a $10 RR you would receive $10 in cash?

  2. Hi, Melissa! Thanks so much! Yes Wal-Mart does price match but only some deals, they will match the after ECB or RR price on singe items if they are not FREE but they don't do PM for groups of items like the Huggies deal at WAGS this week. They won't honor the coupons in competitor ads either. This is the policy for my WM but according to corporate it is based on the manager. I spoke to my manager about accepting CVS & WAGS in-ad coupons, I was very polite and explained how it would benefit his store to honor the coupon and if he didn't I would just shop at the competitor. He saw no reason to not accept the in-ad coupons but it is purely based on your manager. I hope this helps clarify.
