My Yummy Sunday!

Last Sunday (the 29th) I was able to attend the D/FW Blogger Meet up at The Melting Pot in Southlake, Texas. I was treated to yum-o food, spectacular wine and great conversation with my fabulous new blogger buddies. I had been to a fondue restaurant before, so I knew what to expect, but The Melting Pot knocked my socks off! The restaurant itself has the neatest design, and we were in one of the private party rooms which was P-E-R-F-E-C-T for our little get-together.

The staff!!! Oh wow, the staff! They were so accommodating in every possible way. Sara, our server, could not have been more helpful. She was just lovely. Top notch, people!

We chose the 4-course meal option, Big Night Out, with cheese fondue, salad, entree and chocolate fondue each in the flavor and variety of our choosing. Now, of course, the chocolate was my favorite but it wasn't a runaway title, the cheese and entree came in a close second and third.
