Keep in mind that most of the deals are everyday prices so they will probably be there in weeks to come. If the coupon is for an item that you would prefer to have in a larger size or different variety than listed here you might want to hang on to and see if you can get that later for FREE, if not there is always Wal-Mart! I used to shop Wal-Mart every week but now I just have too many stores to get to each week and blog about so I keep track of the deals from other blogs (here & here) and save them in Word. I update the list with coupon expiration dates so that helps me when the end of the month is nearing & coupons are expiring, I pull out my list and head to WM for my FREEBIES. Unless there is a smokin' deal I only go once a month.
